Simona Patricie Krompholc

Founder , art curator of project Gratia Hereditas, scenographer, costume designer, / film, Tv /  illustrator, abstract painter

she was born in Prague, grew up in the apartment of her grandparents in the Old Town, who were friends with artists, painters  and supported their granddaughter to art, her love of art guided her studied clothing and textile design at the Technical University in Liberec, during her studies she collaborated on a documentary film Genius of Mozart, as an assistant to a British artist,  film Genius of Mozart won a film award after its release BAFTA ( British Academy Award ) in the best costume category in 2003. Then  she  completed her studies of costume design and  scenography  at DAMU / Theatre Academy of Musical Arts Prague  and  Central Saint Martinś University of London, UK ,

she received the degree of Master of Arts  / title MgA. / in  2007    professional work for Film TV   www.scenography.cz

Since 2010 she has been designing limited collections of author's dresses and textile decorations under her  brand   www.atelierdivineart.com, continues the family tradition of his grandfather brand from 1941, often works with luxury fabrics , historical fabrics embroidered  with  glass.

Artist uses for handmade textile embroidery  traditional Czech glass components from Preciosa.

Simona graduate course Nathional Heritage Institute 2018 / 2020, her final  author's work was about bohemian painter Alfons Maria Mucha - Theater posters and decorative art for  French actress Sarah Bernahrdt , she is  graduate of restauration course  of Academy of Fine Art Prague,     2023 / 2024 ,  collaborates on projects for film, TV, she participated in joint exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Artistic STATUS

« I am always in a search of beauty around me, nature is my main source of inspiration. »

Simona  is based in Prague,  whose works have been exhibited internationally,

creating paitings  in a style that she refers to as romantic abstract , she explores the beauty of  flowers and nature itself,

for Simona  art is an emotion and her art is a journey into herself, conveying the joyful moments of her life.

 Scenic abstract paintings have been created since 2019 - 2024 , pastel colors with reflections of shimmering bar tones, which remind us of the story of luminescence,  passion for flowers  -   the light phenomenon of bioluminescence ,
